Fabulous old authentic Indian large hand beaten riveted water pot. Originally this would have been used by a family to transport water from the local well. This stunning old water vessel is made by hand beating the metal panels into shape then riveting them together, it is a very skilful and time consuming process. This lovely old pot has a beautiful look combined with a fabulous patina which has been earned through many years of use. This pot would be a lovely addition to the home or garden and makes a great decorative piece.
This item may not be watertight is in used vintage condition, it may have historic repairs, knocks, dents, pin holes and some age related marks and wear and tear. Please be sure to check all photos as these form part of the description.
