Beautiful old circa mid 20th century heavy duty hand made banded iron milk churn with lid. Originating from India this old heavy duty churn would have originally been used to carry milk around on the back of rickshaw or bicycle. It has a great look with iron bands and riveted detailing combined with a fabulous original rustic patina earned through many years of use. This would make a fabulous addition to the home or garden and would be ideal for use as a utensil pot, vase, planter, etc
The item is in used vintage condition has not been checked if watertight and there may be some age related marks and wear and tear. Please be sure to check all photos as these form part of the description.
